Urban Outfitters is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will assist in selling, daily operations, openings and closings, and staff mentorship to foster a high-energy, service-driven environment.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth omni-channel services while working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
