• Lead by example to foster a fun, energized service culture and drive sales through authentic customer connections.
• Ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and in-store/curbside pickup tools.
• Support store management in opening/closing duties and daily operations.
• Collaborate with partners to process shipments, restock, and maintain store visuals and inventory accuracy.
• Uphold safety standards and company policies to protect profitability.
• Foster inclusive communication, onboard new hires, and provide feedback to leadership.
