Qualifications

• Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers; answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• Handle situations with the best interest of customer and company.
• Increase average basket and store sales via suggestive selling and promoting promos.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store.
• Maintain positive image with customers and community.
• Accurately handle customer funds and process POS transactions.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Support asset protection by maintaining a presence and excellent service.
• In the absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager, perform opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Complete all Position Based Training timely.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
