Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a part-time team member to provide outstanding customer service, help customers select merchandise, and efficiently complete sales transactions.

The role supports daily store operations, inventory management, deliveries and replenishment, and keeps a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You may assist the Store Manager and act in leadership during absences, including opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers; resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Increase basket size through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and rotate stock from stockroom to floor.
• Support asset protection and daily store operations in managers' absence.
• Carry out opening/closing duties and cash handling tasks.
