Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time store associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise, and process sales at the register. You’ll support daily store operations, manage inventory, and help with deliveries and replenishment, ensuring a clean, inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Open or close store in absence of Store Manager as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and manage inventory flow.
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment, and storefront appearance.
• Explain company policies and ensure adherence by team members.
• Support asset protection and cash handling procedures.
