Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC is hiring a part-time retail associate in Milan, Indiana. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers locate merchandise, and process sales transactions efficiently. You’ll also assist with inventory, deliveries, and keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to support store operations and open/close duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service; assist with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support deliveries and replenishment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support asset protection and provide excellent customer service.
• Open or close the store in absence of Store Manager/ASM and assist cashiers.
• Complete all training timely and follow company policies.
