Job summary

Torrid in Papillion, NE is seeking a Keyholder to support store management and provide an outstanding shopping experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, modeling Torrid’s Customer Connection, and leading by example with a focus on service, teamwork, and operations.

You will help with opening/closing, execute merchandising strategies, and ensure a clean, inviting store. The position requires flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Fashion knowledge and trend awareness to stay current.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operations including opening and closing.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet KPI goals and sell-through.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain an inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
