Job summary

Torrid in Orinda, California is seeking a Keyholder to support the store management team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll participate in daily opening and closing duties, uphold visual standards, and lead by example in selling and customer service to build loyalty.

In this role you’ll help implement merchandise strategies, manage register functions, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
• Retail and fashion are always changing, so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, the environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success
• Be fashioned focused and stay on top of current trends

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to achieve KPI goals
• Demonstrate selling skills and customer service to build loyalty
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is away
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
