Responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving company KPIs and goals.
• Model Torrid connections through selling, service, and product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Handle register functions and drive add-on sales with customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
