Compass by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence and empower the team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager, monitor quality, manage staff scheduling, and drive promotional ideas to boost guest satisfaction and revenue. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, multitasking ability under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Service Superheroes: Ensure meals meet high standards, monitor food quality, address guest feedback promptly.
