You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager, monitor quality, manage staff scheduling, and drive promotional ideas to boost guest satisfaction and revenue. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen, with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, multitasking ability under pressure.
• Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Superheroes: Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable experiences.
• Team Titans: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff. Lead by example and share insights at team meetings, helping everyone stay informed and motivated.
• Operations Olympians: Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
