Job summary

Compass by Margaritaville Key West is seeking a Kitchen Steward to keep our dishes and kitchen spotless. You’ll scrub pots, clean china, glass, and silver, manage storage, and support the kitchen with a spirit of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Steward, you're the hero behind the sparkle! You'll keep our china , glass, and silver shining, make sanitation a top priority, and team up with the kitchen crew to keep every corner spotless. From scrubbing equipment to organizing utensils and ensuring food is stored and rotated just right, you're the guardian of cleanliness and order in our kitchen kingdom.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning Champions: Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash —making every corner fresh and fabulous for the whole team!
• Organization Pros: Replace all clean china , glass, and silver in their proper storage spots (with care—no breakage here!)
• Team Spirits: Bring your best smile, connect with guests and teammates (sometimes solo!), and jump into any task with a can-do, flexible attitude—because every day brings something new and awesome!
• Trustworthy Representatives: Be the rock of reliability—show off your good character, make smart choices, and let your trustworthiness shine as you represent our team!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
