Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences via selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to standards across store operations.
