Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, cash handling, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine customer connections with needs discovery, product demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment and adhere to safety standards.
