Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in a busy retail store in San Diego. You will provide inspirational and personalized customer service while handling cash and contributing to a high-performance sales team.

Ideal candidates have cosmetics retail experience, strong coaching skills, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and events. A path to long-term leadership within a prestige beauty leader is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and assist with opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
