Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will model behaviors for the sales team, apply coaching skills, and manage daily cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates have retail cosmetics experience, strong customer service, and previous supervisory duties. A flexible schedule including weekends and special events is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics is preferred.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling tasks.
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
