Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.

You will lead by example, mentoring the sales team to meet sales and service targets, while handling cash reconciliations and opening/closing duties on a rota basis. This role requires an ambitious self-starter with retail experience, a passion for prestige beauty, and flexibility to work retail hours including

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Carry out cash reconciliation and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota.
• Provide supervision and coaching to the sales team to achieve targets.
