Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Applicants must show proof of right to live and work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to demonstrate authentic and personalized customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
• Open and close the store on a rota and manage cash reconciliation.
• Coach and mentor sales team to hit sales and service targets.
