Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will mentor the sales team, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates have retail experience in cosmetics, strong coaching skills, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Lead by example to motivate the sales team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related cash-handling tasks.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
