Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling
• Open and close the store on a rotating basis
