The Estée Lauder Companies in Sevierville, TN is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will use your retail and cash handling experience to manage start and end of day cash reconciliation, and you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store on a rota.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to hit sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
