Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations.

You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service to achieve sales and customer service targets. You will handle essential cash reconciliation tasks and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule, contributing to a reliable and customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational and personalized service to achieve sales targets.
