Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering personalized customer service.

You will open and close the store on a rota basis, perform cash reconciliation, and use your retail experience to coach the team toward achieving sales and service targets in a prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing duties.
