Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and store operations. You will coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating basis.

This role offers growth opportunities within a prestige beauty leader. Applicants should have retail experience in cosmetics, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work retail

Qualifications

• Retail experience; cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties.
• Desirable: supervisory experience coaching others.
• Willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store efficiently.
• Lead by example with customer service and coaching.
• Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open or close the store on scheduled shifts.
