Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service that drives sales and meets targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at opening and closing, and rotating shifts for opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspiring, personalized customer service and meet sales targets.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and handle opening/closing duties on a rota.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to maintain high standards of service.
