Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations. You will lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors the sales team needs to achieve sales and service targets, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Carry out opening and closing duties on a rota basis and handle start/end of day cash reconciliation.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets through proactive customer engagement.
