Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running a prestige beauty store. You will coach the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized service and help achieve sales and customer-service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics/retail preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation desirable.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
