Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Nashville is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering inspirational, authentic customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will bring retail and cash-handling experience to manage start and end of day cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: previous supervisory experience coaching others to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and help the sales team achieve sales and service targets.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient running of the store.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
• Provide coverage for days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
