Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will model the behaviors needed to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will also use your retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and will have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in store operations, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Carry out end-to-day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and target achievement.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for customers during busy periods.
