Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated tasks as assigned by Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Provide performance feedback to team and support managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and guide the team through opening/closing routines.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and merchandising as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement standards.
