Bath & Body Works in New York, NY seeks a Key Holder to support delivering the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are frontline brand ambassadors who connect with customers and elevate the shopping experience.

You will lead with vision, coach associates, manage opening/closing duties, handle shipments, and ensure safety standards. This full-time role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate leadership tasks as directed by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, store policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminating company directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized product recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Ensure safety and maintain store appearance by adhering to standards.
