Job summary

Bath & Body Works seeks a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. The store leadership team acts as frontline leaders, blending retail expertise with customer-centric brand representation to deliver memorable experiences.

The role focuses on coaching associates, guiding daily goals, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring safe, engaging store operations while handling varied shifts and physical duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in-the-moment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team upon shift start.
• Execute opening/closing routines and handle bank deposits and shipments.
• Develop genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
