Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans and execute store operations. You will lead the team on duty, coach associates, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety standards and overall store appearance.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
