Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are frontline in our field leadership team, combining retail and customer expertise with brand ambassadorship to foster meaningful connections with customers.

You will lead teams to deliver great customer experiences, coach associates, and ensure compliance with store policies and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-first retail mindset with ability to drive sales and service.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment and provide feedback to managers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling.
• Display knowledge of policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and directions for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
