Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and engagement per standards.
