Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will lead by example, coaching the team and handling essential cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rota basis. Ideal candidates will have retail experience in cosmetics, strong leadership skills, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Supervisory experience in coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
