Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience and coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities

• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly
• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to meet sales targets
