Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service. You will participate in cash reconciliation, opening/closing the store, and leading by example to meet sales targets.

You will use your retail experience and supervisory skills to mentor the sales team, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and contribute to a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
