Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, handle cash reconciliations, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota.

Ideal candidates have retail cosmetics experience, strong coaching/mentoring skills, and availability for varied retail hours including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and meet sales targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Assist with training and development of sales team.
