Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, coaching the sales team while handling cash reconciliation and store openings/closings on a rotating schedule.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and support opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operation and achievement of sales targets.
