Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates have prior retail experience in cosmetics, strong customer service skills, and some supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory/coaching experience desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead by example and coach sales team for exceptional customer service and targets.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling duties.
• Assist with opening/closing the store on a rotating basis as required.
