DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and promote a broad range of apparel.

You will serve as a product knowledge expert, coach teammates on selling skills and procedures, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful not required.
• Superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and learn their needs by asking questions and engaging with them.
• Serve as product knowledge expert, selling a broad range of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Provide on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures to build a superior customer-focused sales team.
