Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds relationships with guests by delivering an experience unmatched by other retailers. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and act as a product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel.

You will coach team members on selling skills, behaviors, and store procedures to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to learn needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell a broad range of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and store procedures.
