You will greet guests, gain insights into their needs, and propose a broad range of products while coaching others on selling techniques and store operations. The role emphasizes relationship-building and in-store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and spend time learning needs, preferences and lifestyle to tailor service.
• Serve as product knowledge expert across a broad apparel range, including private labels and brands.
• Coach and train team on selling skills, behaviors, and store procedures to grow sales.
