Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder to build lasting relationships with guests by delivering an unmatched shopping experience. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and promote a broad range of apparel including private labels and name brands.

You will coach team members on selling skills and operational procedures, participate in training, and help the store meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest by spending quality time, learning their needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell a broad range of apparel.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and procedures.
