Job summary

Boot Barn in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service and support store leadership. You will drive sales, manage merchandising standards, and help with daily store operations.

You will communicate product knowledge, maintain promotional awareness, and work with the leadership team to meet store goals while providing a positive shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, capture rates).
• Stay informed on current merchandise promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media.
