Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in San Diego to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, lead by example, and support store partners. You will apply product knowledge, drive sales metrics, and assist with visual merchandising while adhering to company policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer-centric service, and adherence to West-inspired Boot Barn values. Join a growing brand with opportunities across 50+ new stores yearly and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Meet goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture rates.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and display upkeep.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS with proper cash controls.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance, and appearance.
