Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers and lead store partners in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, and support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

As a partner in our team, you’ll foster a service-first selling culture, exceed goals like UPT and Average Dollar per Transaction, and collaborate with leadership to develop the staff while upholding Boot Barn's values and

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
Complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
