Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT and ADT; assist with merchandising and store housekeeping.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle cash/ POS responsibilities.
• Work with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Open and close procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
