Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountability at POS.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
